I had a deep tissue full body massage and it was excellent - hit all the right (tight) spots! Laura was very friendly too and me feel welcome and comfortable.

I was lucky enough to win a competition on Instagram for one free massage and I am so glad that I did !I have an office job and I do not have the best posture and after tonight I feel like a different woman. We spoke first and then I filled in a questionnaire all about myself and medical questions.I felt extremely comfortable and feel like I’ve known Laura for years as she makes you feel so at ease . She checks that what she is doing is okay and that the intensity was okay and not painful. I am so , so happy and will be purchasing a massage again for myself. I also tried cupping towards the end of the massage and I must admit I was dubious about what to expect. It was nothing like I thought and it was not painful , and not hot like. It is a gentle suction feeling. So , so happy I can’t wait to go to bed as I know that I will sleep tonight. Thank you to Laura !

Laura has been excellent helping me recover with muscle aches/pains from playing football. Have been a few times and will continue to visit. Would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for a deep tissue massage.

I had my first session with Laura todayShe focused on my upper back today, I'm going back for lower back next week because I'm blown away by the I stand results, I feel so relaxedMy job involves alot sitting on computer and then bending which makes me prone to bad posture at times.I have done audits and QIA in my GP surgery for posture and sport therapy is very good for posture correction, releasing muscle spams and tension and in long term reduces inflammationI would highly recommend Happy Bod for sports massage5 starProfessional, Knowledgable, kind
