JMS Fitness has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, whether you're attending one of the varied classes like the function fitness , box-fit aerobic capacity, functional body building, or doing your own open gym session.The gym has a strong sense of community with a hint of friendly competitiveness at all levels, for those who wish to get evolved!!JMS regularly organises teams to take part in competitions around the country if you want to take your fitness to the next level.

The team are amazing I can’t lie. I only do the Saturday Boxing Session since December 2022. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for a gym.
