Many thanks to the staff here for helping us out when my grandson reached out for hot coffee cup in an instant! :-(, he's OK only very minor effects. Staff we on the ball instantly providing top quality first aid items including burns jell. Thanks again to all staff on the day, well be back in due course and enjoy a meal without the excitement!! Recommend the Calsano!!

We stopped here to get an icecream from the serving window outside; didn't go in the cafe itself.It was lovely ice-cream serving Marshfield Farm ice-cream.

Not sure what the other reviews are about. Everything I experienced was amazing. Further to that, the manager and her staff also saved me from disaster and I will be forever grateful.I'll be back to thank you in person!!Cheers!

Dirty Toilets.Ordered Coffees which were nice, however the toilets are a utter disgrace, urine all on the floor in both toilets, possibly due to this cafe having unisex toilets. Won't be back

Me and my parents each got different drinks, would definitely recommend the Pretzel White Hot Chocolate above the other ones (Toffee Popcorn Hot Chocolate and Biscoff Milkshake), but they all tasted great. Lots of seating inside, nice decor.

We came over here for a late lunch after being shocked at the prices for 4 people at one of the hotels across the way. This was exactly what we were after as a young family. My eldest had a pizza, cooked to perfection, my youngest had beans on toast, exactly as she likes them and she wolfed it down. My wife and I shared a pot of tea and a sandwich each. After we finished we got an ice cream from the kiosk attached. They had loads of Dairy Free flavours, which I am finding is unusual so that was great for us.

Don't bother, for the price advertising a breakfast (£9.95) you'd expect a large with tea included but only 1 of everything. Lady at the till lovely but the lady that was serving the food approx 50s dark short hair was absolutely disgraceful, full of attitude, shouting back to my table, the cheek of her, no customer service skills at all for someone of her age. Will never go back again and wouldn't advise anyone else neither, keep your money and spend elsewhere!!

Awful! Total rip off, avoid and go somewhere else, obviously they don’t care about what they serve, over-priced! Horrendous! Regret stepping foot in the place!
