Absolutely awful place! Avoid at all cost.I sent my wedding dress with only a small lipstick mark on the very bottom of the dress for it to be cleaned and steamed one week before my wedding.They weren’t ready for me on the Thursday so I gave them enough time by saying I would pick it up on the Friday morning. On Friday when I picked it up it had black lines going across the back of the dress which was not there before. They told me to collect it on Saturday the day of my wedding! I was so devastated my now husband had to go in and complain for them to get it done the same day. Dress came back with faint marks on another part of the dress. Too late for me to do anything! They refused to do a refund, even partial. They had no empathy for the stress and upset it caused me and even said they wouldn’t charge for the second clean!! Staff were rude and inconsiderate and spoke a different language in front of me while I was talking to them!

Due to some technical issues we are unable to open shop until Christmas. We are apologies to the all customers.Regards ,Elwick Dry Cleaners

I have been using these guys for along time now and would say that they are great. Good quality ironing service and repairs.My only comment would be that as they get busy they sometimes take longer than they say they will which can be irritating, hence the dropped star.

I am so happy with my curtains! I brought them to Elwick Dry Cleaners for a quote for shortening and actually the price it was fair from other locals quoted. Ahmad was very polite and professional and he even added ironing in that price for my curtains! I took them ready for hanging and the result was stunning! Never in my life have I experienced a business this badly run. I needed suits dry cleaned for work (I work 6 days a week) and to my surprise they had lost 2 suits when I went and picked them up. Awful customer service, lack of care for their customers and would not recommend using.

Really awful experience. Took in brand new dress with tags still attached for shortening & it came back ruined - the hem was uneven, lumpy & shorter at the back than the front. Such a bad job the dress couldn’t be fixed. Owner said he’d replace the dress over a month ago & then disappeared, won’t answer calls or texts & is never in the shop. Woman in shop rude & dismissive. Used to use them regularly for cleaning & alterations but would now never trust them again after this. Please don’t take anything of value here.

Terrible stitching and completely ruined an expensive dress. Said they would replace it but then didn’t and been chasing now for five weeks.

My mother took her curtains to these appealing people. She went back to collect and they said they had be ruined. My mother ask to see them and the couldn't find them. She asked for a refund they said no.She went back a few days later as she was asked to, to see the owner off course he wasn't there. His wife who has the shop next door then came in and told my 76 year old mother to take it up with Dunelm. What the hell!!My mother back again as requested and still they didn't have her curtains eventually they agreed to a refundNever ever use these cowboys, read the other reviews as well.

Avoid avoid avoid. We had a wedding dress dry cleaned after alterations were down and it only had a small lipstick mark on the dress. When came to collect the wedding dress it had so many marks and stains all over the front the dress. Absolutely devastated the day before the wedding. They assured us it be clean by 5pm. When arrived for the second time to collect the dress, there were still marks on the bottom of the dress still. We asked for a refund and they refused saying they won’t charged for the second clean. The stress and rudeness we had from the staff is unbelievable saying the dress had no marks. They don’t care about the customers.

This dry cleaners is the best dry cleaners I’ve used in Ashford. My clothes are always ready on time. They are always polite and helpful, nothing seems too much. They go above and beyond.Thank you for your 5 years of service
