I purchased my first property with Belvoir and they have done a great job with thepurchase! Eloise in particular has been amazing through the whole process - she helped and supported me every time I needed it. She's been wonderful!

We have 3 rental properties & 2 have changed tenants recently.Michelle Gordon & the Team have been excellent.The advertisements & photos were good quality & straight forward.The property descriptions were informative & encouraged a lot of interest each time.Open house viewings went very well & a clear breakdown of applicants was emailed quickly.Referencing etc followed up quickly & updates emailed to me at each stage.Contract details were discussed to mention a couple of things before signing.Thank you Michelle - it was a pleasure dealing with you each time.

Due to see a rental property today.Travelled by train to Peterborough (£87)Got in taxi (£13.60) to the apartment. Called them to say we were almost outside.Apparently they cancelled the viewing… called this morning??No missed calls today. No text or email from them to cancel viewing.Travelling with 17 month old toddler and 37 weeks pregnant (they were aware of situation upon requesting apartment viewing)Seriously unprofessional - if you’re cancelling at least directly speak with the person you’ve made an appointment with!!!Thankfully I have another house viewing in an hour so it’s not entirely wasted money. But yuck. Will never consider renting a property from this company now.

I am happy with Belvoir's services. Michelle here helped me find a nice apartment for my family in a fairly short period of time. Although she was going away for her annual leave, she arranged everything for me in advance. Her efficiency and attention to detail made my move a lot smoother than expected.

Whenever I have to contact the agency to discuss an issue, all agents are polite and helpful - always. I've recently been dealing with Emily Holmes and I couldn’t wish or expect better service, in fact I would prefer to go directly to her with any issues because I know she will always deliver on her word- always eager to help out whenever there is issue and I hope the management at Belvoir recognises that!
