Ordered a Ford Focus alternator yesterday and it arrived today by 11am. Now fitted and running. Great service, easy to get to talk to a real person, really knowledgeable giving me advice and ensuring the item was correct for my car. And even less than half the cost of a new one what a bargain. I will certainly keep this company details for any future Ford items.

I was a bit confused about what I wanted at first. I got all the help I needed, both online and over the phone, and at a very reasonable price. The items I requested were delivered quickly, in appropriate packaging. When I took my car for its MOT the garage had everything they needed to ensure my car passed first time around.

I strongly caution against engaging with this company. While it is commonplace to receive positive customer feedback when operations are smooth, this particular establishment exhibits a concerning contrast in its response to adverse situations. I initially recommended this company to my husband for a Ford engine, drawn in by their favorable Trustpilot rating of 4.6, despite their less favorable reputation on Google. In hindsight, I deeply regret not heeding the Google reviews, as my experience with this company has been profoundly disheartening.We encountered significant issues with the engine we purchased, and regrettably, the company failed to uphold their warranty obligations. This has left us thoroughly disappointed, prompting us to seek legal counsel for resolution. What compounds this dissatisfaction is the manner in which the company responds to negative feedback. The owner has displayed a pattern of responding to such reviews with a litany of falsehoods.It is my belief that this is indicative of how they might respond to our situation as well. Consequently, I anticipate a deluge of excuses and untruths for the benefit of prospective customers.

I encountered significant issues with my recent purchase from FORDBITS. To provide context, I had ordered an engine equipped with a turbocharger, and the estimated delivery time was one week. Regrettably, the actual delivery took an extended three weeks, during which I received no communication regarding the delay.Upon receiving the package, I was disheartened to find that it contained only the engine, devoid of the promised turbocharger. My mechanic was compelled to install the engine with my existing turbocharger. While I was away on a summer holiday with my family, the engine began exhibiting troubling signs, as it was consuming an excessive amount of both oil and coolant. To illustrate the severity of this issue, it consumed 2 liters of oil within a mere 50-mile drive.In my attempt to address these concerns, I contacted FORDBITS. Unfortunately, my interactions with their customer service were deeply frustrating. The same individual, a lady, answered my calls repeatedly and promised to investigate my situation, assuring me of a follow-up that never transpired. She also requested that I send detailed information via email, including the fact that the engine had arrived without the turbocharger I had paid for. Regrettably, my diligent efforts to communicate with the company went unanswered.Despite my persistent attempts to contact them via phone, there were frequent instances where no one would answer, leaving me in limbo. When I finally managed to voice my mounting frustration, the lady on the phone abruptly hung up on me. This disheartening experience has led me to the disconcerting realization that I have been a victim of deception and subpar service from FORDBITS. I caution anyone considering their services to exercise great caution.

I couldn't recommend this company more. Purchased a parcel shelf for my little KA M2 and came in better condition than I expected! I was so impressed and came very quickly too and at a better price I could find elsewhere. Thank you so much!

Wish I could give them minus stars but there is no option available. Sent me the wrong steering rack even I sent them a picture of the part & the part no. before buying. When I called them a very rude person was on other side & said it is the right parts for your car & we are not responsible for collecting the part. He said return the part at your own coast or sell it elsewhere. Completely nonsense. I returned the part on my own coast. I got refunded after involving 1st choice Parts. Got the refund after 3 weeks. Unprofessional & very rude customer service. Very bad experience.

There lucky to get one star it should be minus zero stars i ordered a wing mirror for my car and it didn't arrive on the due date I contacted them and the person on the end of the phone was a cheeky c**t saying it wasn't there problem that there was a problem at the courier end I told him I wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere he said i wasn't getting a refund so after all the cheek from him I give him cheek back and he said to me I wouldn't talk to him like that if I was in front of him and I told I would. It shows that the part was delivered to me by the courier but I haven't got it yet and there's no point in contacting them about it as he will only say its not there problem so that means I'm nearly £50 out of pocket and still with a broken part on my car i would recommend that no one goes through this company for anything there just a waste of time
