Although my appointment was delayed, I was kept fully aware of the wait and chose to sit in the lovely warm waiting room, reading my book. As usual all procedures and options were explained. I'm really happy to be with this amazing practice.

I concted Desford dental care today with chronic toothache. I have a fear of going to the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists. The reception team were lovely and got me an appointment today. I felt at ease as soon as the dentist came to get me from the waiting area. Mr Chotai was welcoming and understood my anxieties. The dental nurse present was extremely friendly and I felt like they took time to get to know me as a new patient. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for a friendly experience and a fantastic service.

Highly recommend Dr Shiv at Desford Dental following a recent appointment for a crown on a damaged tooth. Talked me through each stage of the process and was very reassuring and patient during the treatment. I dont know anybody that 'enjoys' a trip to the dentist but rest assured you will be in good hands here!

After not attending the dentist for 5 years I registered with Desford and managed to get an appointment for the same day for my broken tooth. I was very nervous about going but Dr Hanish Chotai was amazing and made me feel at ease, talking me through everything that was happening. I'll definitely be returning!

I would like to say a massive thank-you to Bavisha and Kayleigh for their amazing support and patience towards me, giving me a chance to regain my confidence in recieving dental treatment! As a very nervous person who has not been seen by a dentist in 12 years i must say that the reassurance i recieved is definitely life changing and has helped me view the dentist as a much less scary place! I have now finally got my smile back and i am extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I cannot believe that I had 2 roots removed today, my fear of the dentist has left my teeth needing some attention (a lot). I have gone from having to have someone drive me for just a check up, having a scale and polish to X-rays on another session. I can’t believe I wasn’t shaking or crying today, knowing I was having roots removed. I did it, no crying, drove myself and came out smiling. Thank you Desford Dentist for helping be to begin to overcome my fears and I will be a regular patient. Carole

The best dentist l have been to. I am 70 years old and used many dentist’s and can say this is the most professional and friendly I have used. From walking in you are welcomed by warm friendly receptionists to very professional dentists.

I don't normally like going to the dentist, but Dr Pabari and his team have been brilliant. I've had quite a bit done and am more than happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.
