Orfali and Orfali - Architecture and Interior Design

I have met Mazin from Orfali & Orfali about 18 months ago when we were looking to appoint an architect for the project of refurbishing our office. From the first moment I felt that we had hit the jackpot because it gave me the impression of a very prepared, thorough and liable professional (very hard to find these days!). We started this project without knowing that we would face ‘a lot’ of issues on the way but I must say that we definitively couldn’t have made it without Orfali & OrfaliFrom the planning approval in a Conservation area with RBKC to the architectural design and advice, from the contract administrating to the negotiations with other consultants on our behalf, from taking care of every little details to foreseen issue and implication, solving every problem, constantly and relentlessly working to achieve the best final product…. All in all, a magnificent work managed with heart, soul and a lot of TLC!We will be endlessly grateful to Orfali & Orfali who have been the backbone of this project. The result is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our new office! We worked with Maz on a complete overhaul of a domestic property. He guided us through the process with professionalism and good humour throughout. He took away all the pain and made things very easy. Moreover, he listened to our needs and took these on board during the design. He was great to work with, putting up with my long phone calls on various issues.His good relationship with the builder and willingness to negotiate with suppliers meant the project came in well under where it would have without him involved. I would highly recommend this firm.
