Lovely friendly staff especially Ian. Clean, comfortable and affordable.Lovely big choices for breakfast and takeaway bag so no food waste.Very good with gluten free food sausages and bread excellent freshly cooked on request.

Staff here are very helpful and always polite. Lots of on site parking and the rooms are a great size too. Room for improvement on the breakfast side would be to have a few more vegetarian option in the cooked breakfast. The restaurant for dinner was great with plenty of options.

The entrance and foyer are great if You like art deco buildings.... Hotel itself is a tired....cracked shower tray... no chair to sit and work at table. Bed very hard. Had much better experiences at HIE's.

Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate - Minster, an IHG Hotel
Excellent customer service, comfy bed, reasonable breakfast and free parking. I was working locally with an early start and the staff made an effort to get most of the breakfast items out way before the published opening time. Brilliant.
