Highly unprofessional, unregulated organisation. Does not respond to written correspondence and uses a personal @outlook.com email address for customer communication. If you have a valid claim on your warranty policy. Good luck. Just look at previous reviews and the trend and make your own informed decision.

So, after signing with Lawgistics best thing to say was our wires got crossed. I thought it was another one of these firms that just wanted your money....i was wrong! Absolute brilliant people to talk to and calmed me right down. They dome Exactly what youd expect a decent firm to do.Thank you

Very bad company. Very bad service.The staff there dont know how to talk to their clients. Very rude and not polite at all. They dont return calls and have a very bad customer management system. They have staff working which dont know anything about the law. This company must either sort itself out or leave the trade. I will be posting more comments in other platforms to let people know to stay away from this firm.

Just recently signed my business up to the silver package. As much as we’re new to lawgistics, the onboarding process from them hase been absolutely first class. What you don’t know, you should find out and that’s exactly what these guys give you. Honest, prompt & more importantly correct information on any legal issues you might have. 10/10 and well worth a call from what I’ve seen so far.

Excellent company to deal with. We have never required their services on a customer dispute platform as we work very hard on customer satisfaction. But we have used Lawgistics motor trade business platform to protect the rights of our customers and our business to make sure we are up to date with all the legal requirements within the motor trade. Lawgistics do not sell warranty and I'm surprised by the negative comments left below. They are 100 % fair and supportive of the law. Whether you are a motortrader or buyer.Keep up the good work.
