I bought a Miami sliding door wardrobe with lights..the lights were a strip led with remote. Firstly the light strip was to small and didn't fit.Secondly the plug cover blew off and the plug caught fire...obviously they are selling cheap,dodgy, unregulated lights probably from China.Please do not buy anything with lights from this company as you may not live if you do.....They really ought to be ashamed of themselves ... be very warned...My reply to there'sI do know how to plug in a socket...don't insult me...the lights you sold me do not meet European standards..and in answer to other reply I bought my bed from you off EBay...you are liars and not honest.I guess you are putting the 5 star reviews on yourselves. Disgraceful

I purchased from these people a few years ago and the service was good. But now they do not respond to emails, do not return calls, and hang up when they do bother to answer the phone. An absolute shambles. Avoid them. - June 2022..... UPDATE: The owner claims this was a fake review, it wasn't. However it spurred some action and a new mattress has now been delivered as requested in the first place. This could have been so much easier if the owner simply answered his phone or responded to numerous emails over the past four days.

Bought a dining table off eBay from this seller.Seller provided bogus tracking information which showed the item was delivered and signed for in the name of Griffin. I do not know anyone by that name and never received the item. Google reviews show this seller has used the same scam on another customer only 1 month ago, conning them for £202, they have used the same method to con me for £154.99.The seller provides bogus tracking to show the items have been delivered and so sellers are not supported by eBay, Companies House shows their business changes ownership very regularly.SERIAL CONMAN AVOID AT ALL COSTSAVOID THIS SELLER, THEY TRADE ON EBAY AND FACEBOOK AND THEIR COURIER PROVIDES TRACKING INFORMATION SO CUSTOMERS HAVE NO COME BACK AFTER HAVIBG THEIR MONEY STOLEN BY THIS SELLER

Not a great selection of Beds, maybe about 5 in store if lucky but wanted to support a local business.Delivered on the wrong day, after phoning multiple times and waiting in for them all afternoon just to have them message me saying there drivers are running late can we reschedule for tomorrow!Only after calling and messaging saying I’m going to come into the store they finally delivered..Only to deliver the wrong divan with no storage which I additionally paid for and the wrong colour headboard!Calls ignored throughout and after delivery! Awful service.

This was not a pleasant experience at all. Firstly, the order arrived at 1am!!! This is totally unacceptable! The customer services department were not helpful at all. The wardrobe arrived damage and the quality of all parts was not up to any standards. Poor communication from the seller whilst trying to resolve this. Would definitely not recommend to friends or family.

Fraud company, they will take your money and deliver wrong and cheap item then will not get in touch again. I have taken legal action against the company and will be taking refund from the court. But this company is a fraud and don't deserve to sell anything. They should be closed and reported immediately. Beware of them before buying anything and never pay anything in advance or unless you check everything after opening the boxes. You have no idea what they deliver in the box.

Fraud company. Took my money and delivered wrong item. Been 1 week tried to contact but no reply and no answers. Its a scam company. I have been ignored by purpose as they dont want to refund because its a scam. They are advertising on Facebook under the name of Julian Prasad (Jpj). Stay away from this company and any Facebook ads with this name as they will take your money and deliver wrong and cheap item then will not get in touch again. I have took legal action against the company and reported to HMRC against them as this company is a fraud and don't deserve to sell anything. They should be closed and reported immediately.
