My most favourite place to be! The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome! Danni is amazing at what she does and always there for you when you need a chat! I would be lost without this shop and the people that work there! Thank you to each and everyone of you for keeping sane xxx

The Crafty Cow first and foremost is an art and crafts store. They have included an impressive little espresso coffee machine setup in-store. I popped in to sample just that, more specifically a frothy coffee. Lovely, down to earth staff and down to earth prices. They even cater for people that would prefer not to have milk from a crafty cow (I opted for soy). Could this be Castle Bromwich’s best coffee shop?

I love this shop and its service. For the past 3 years I have brought personalised wooden baubles from there. Danni especially is always so lovely and accommodating and always achieves exactly what I want. I would 100% recommend.

21.11.2023 I would have given 5 stars but I had an awful experience with the owners niece she was angry rude and combative generally the ladies are warm welcoming and helpful . I think that young lady is rasist.I would like to add 01.12.2023I have noticed I didn't mention the young woman in question by name yet all of a sudden a flurry of reviews the day after my horrific experience.Just goes to show birds of a feather flock together. I will not recommend this place at all to any person of colour.

An absolutely lovely little shop with kind and attentive staff. Had a lovely chat with a lady called Dani who was very very helpful in finding the wool I needed. They also sell locally made crafts that are absolutely stunning!!! Will definitely be returning.

Although I don't shop there, my wife does. This looks like a treasure trove for those who are passionate about crafting. It is also possible to relax with a drink and a bite to eat in good company, either inside or outside.I understand also that the shop has craft groups who meet there.Disabled access is possible; a ramp is available upon asking.Drivers need to be aware that they may have to park a little way away from the shop. There is space for only one car on the shop's driveway, which may be occupied, and the store is on a narrow road.I personally prefer to support small, family-run businesses rather than big stores.I cannot comment on customer service, as I have not experienced it. It is a shame that a recent reviewer had a bad experience here. There must be more to it than he says in his constructive review, if all the other reviewers are right about the positive atmosphere.I am surprised that the business owner has not responded to any review.
