Thornfield Farm Caravan and Camping
Great site, superb location as very close (5-10 min walk) to monks cross retail, and park and ride into York.No Toilets or Showers on site but Power, Water, and waste facility. Electric Gate gives added security.Lovely friendly owners, 5 stars.

Basic 5 van site with water, electric and toilet disposal facilities. Flat gravel pitches and not too much road noise. Easy to find and very near to a couple of retail/leisure parks (we could see Cineworld from the van)

Great location for the park and ride and entertainment. Quiet tidy very convenient as small site not far to walk for water. We had a view over field which was a bonus stayed two additional nights

All hard standings with ehu and very level. Secure, gated entrance with coded entry.Information from the owners passed via email was excellent. Payed via bank transfer ( or cash). Very easy walk into the very large shopping complex including multi Plex cinema, bowling alley, supermarkets etc. With bus transport to York via the park and ride. Or a flat, easy walk of just over 2 miles into the centre of York. Some early morning road noise, but nothing too serious.

Fabulous 4 day break at Thornfield Farm caravan park.Simple, very clean.Lovely greeting on arrival by Janice.5mins walk to the park and ride to pop in to York, along with various shops if you've forgotten anything.We'll definitely be revisiting this caravan park.Thank you Janice.

Brilliant site, small but has essentials you need for your Motorhome... Drinking Water, grey waste emptying point, black waste disposal and recycling bins.Monks Cross 10 mins walk, bustop into town 3 mins.

Thornfield Farm Caravan and Camping
Great little site on the outskirts of York, EHU and waste disposal but no toilet/shower block. Just 10-15 minutes walk from park and ride at monks cross and vanguard shopping centre.
