I have been attending the Wednesday karate class at Zenshin Dojo for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and dedicated instructors made me feel right at home.The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in the art of karate, but they also possess a genuine passion for teaching. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and it's evident that they care deeply about the progress and well-being of each student. I have learned so much under their guidance, both in terms of technique and discipline.What truly sets this karate class apart is the sense of community it fosters. The camaraderie among fellow students is incredible – we encourage and support each other every step of the way. It's a positive and empowering environment that motivates you to push your limits and achieve your goals.The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to cater to students of all skill levels, whether you're a beginner like I was or have prior experience. The classes strike a perfect balance between physical conditioning, skill development, and mental focus. I've noticed significant improvements in my flexibility, strength, and overall confidence since I started attending.

A friendly, welcoming karate group that trains and conditions body and mind. Great social atmosphere and useful for those looking to pick up skills including self-defence, co-ordination, inner peace and fitness.

A great mixture of young & old / men & women with differing abilities (from white belt beginners to black belt instructors). A truly welcoming & friendly club that will help you to learn karate in a non-competitive environment. I've been going to this club for 8 months now & look forward to every Monday!

Interesting traditional martial arts classes. Great teacher.
