Panoramic Windows and Doors - Double Glazing Bristol

We ordered a new front door and am delighted with it. The only snag with it, is the pad handle, which is shorter than a normal handle thus making it quite difficult to operate. I think this should have been explained when we chose it, especially if you’re an older person.Apart from that I am very happy with it and Justin fitted it perfectly.

Buyer beware.We have had an appalling experience with is company that has now been going on for since March.I have had 5 new sash windows installed and for 3 months the springs that allow the windows to open were failing. On one occassion the springs failed when the top window was open which resulted in the window crashing down like a guilotine and damaging the frame. For a long period we were unable to open the windows for fear of another incident. Eventually after more than 5 attempts to fix the problem the windows frames were cut into to get access to the springs so they could be changed. I have asked the supplier for independent verification that the fix is safe, however they refuse to provide one.We are now taking legal action.AVOID!!!

Having my new patio doors installed with panoramic windows has been faultless. I went to a few companies and the customer service was excellent from the sales to the installation. I am very happy with them so far and I am sure should I have any issues I have confidence that panoramic will be responsive. Thank you.

First of all I'd like to say that we are delighted with our new windows. There were problems initially with the installation, one piece of glass was scratched and needed to be replaced , a number of items were missing and had to be re ordered.It took about a month for these issues to be rectified which was longer than expected.However everything is fine now, all problems rectified and the windows look amazing. Will definitely be back for more in the near future.

The after care has been good with this company. They came back 7 years after installation to adjust them for me, as one or two of the windows were sticking a bit. I was impressed that they came to help me, so long after installation, at no extra charge. I would recommend this company. My windows still look brand new too.

We used Panoramic to fit new double glazed units to our venerable Village Hall. We wanted ones that preserved the look of the existing obscure, leaded Critall like windows and Panoramic sourced some lovely steel frames and fitted glass that was exactly the same. Despite a hiccup with their suppliers, they were professional and sorted it out promptly and were unfailingly courteous throughout.It's a pleasure to recommend them .

Faultless service from the minute we walked through the door. Suzanne was patient, explained everything fully and there was no hard sell (as in my previous quote from elsewhere). The price was fair and our new door was fitted ahead of schedule with no mess at all. There was a speedy follow up appointment to replace the handle which was slightly scratched. Communication was excellent from start to finish and we're absolutely delighted with our smart new front door. Thank you to all involved.

We have a three story Victorian Town House and the Windows I think are a big feature. The original ones were rotten and badly needed replacing. It was important, I felt, to replace them with windows that looked like the original windows but with the benefits of a modern window such as double glazing. After getting numerous quotes we settled for Panoramic The Window Company. The Heritage Rose Sash Windows ticked all the boxes for us. We went for the convenience of uPVC, yet with a subtle woodgrain effect no one would guess that they are not wood! On the interior they fitted timber molding which perfectly matched what we had.It wasn't the most expensive quote and we had many cheaper quotes but the cheaper windows looked cheaper to me. The workmen were terrific. They were quick, efficient and meticulous. If you are looking for high quality windows I highly recommend Panoramic!
