Dealing with property can be stressful but John and Debbie are an incredible team that immediately make you feel at ease.They took care of one of our properties and literally managed it like it was their own. I had a few questions over various bits in the contract and they broke it down and explained everything clearly I have never come across such an agent that manages property in the way that they do and I would highly recommend their service.

I cannot recommend more. John and Debbie make what can be a very stressful situation an enjoyable one. John is relentless with his work ethic and will do everything in his power to make the sale/purchase go through without a hitch. They will provide realistic valuations for properties, rather than overvaluing just to get business (as I know other EAs do!). They know the market inside out, which is why after John employed a careful marketing strategy, our house was sold for just over the asking price, within a month.During conveyancing, John would keep us updated at every single step, answering even the most silly of questions. He would chase solicitors and other estate agents on our behalf which allowed us to almost* sit back and relax!* there was still plenty of packing to do!Our four house chain went through within 13 weeks, to which I believe John was instrumental in achieving.Thank you John and Debbie for everything that you do!
