My 1 year old patterdale terrier, Archie loves his visits to see Pam. She is very friendly and welcoming immediately putting Archie at ease. At our first visit she took the time to talk me through Archie’s coat and the options we had to get a lovely finish. He always leaves his appointment happy and smelling amazing! Can’t recommend Pam enough :)

Pam was very welcoming putting our Border Terrier immediately at ease. She gave us sound advice on the best way to proceed. The result was terrific. Our dog looked superb , good enough for a top dog photo shoot. She has been groomed elsewhere on two previous occasions and this was by far the best and we have booked a second appointment for later this year.

Pam did a brilliant first cut on my 6 month old shih tzu. After being let down by other groomers, he was long overdue some professional attention. Pam immediately put him at ease so he behaved perfectly for her. I'm confident we now have a reliable and very knowledgeable groomer. Thank you Pam.
