James Ross Wedding Host

Amazing service. James hosted our wedding and did a fab job from pre wedding planning and thinking of important organisation and little extras that we didn't think of to helping set up the wedding tipis the day before to keeping everyone organised and on schedule on the day. Fabulous mix of music ensuring we had everything we wanted and catering for the younger and older guests too. We didn't have to think I about anything on the day having James there meant that we could relax and enjoy our day.... highly recommend this service.

James was excellent. He went out of his way to provide any assistance he could including visits before the wedding.On the day he made sure everything ran smoothly and directed people on what to do.In the evening his DJ work was excellent.I would thoroughly recommend James's services.

Absolutely brilliant wedding host and DJ. We had a DIY marquee wedding. James supported us in planning, encouraged us to add in any music choices we wanted, spent the day ensuring that everyone was having a great time, doing many jobs that needed doing to ensure that the day went without a hitch then finished off the day with an absolutely great disco. All guests were unequivocal in their praise for James and the service he provided. Thank you for making our day so amazing!

Just the help we needed for our wedding day. Very conscientious. James actually went up to the venue twice (a 1hr trip each way) and also came over to our house. Book him!!

Came out to wedding venue speak to us before booking. Set up audio equipment day before so no worries on the day. Very helpful on wedding day sorting out things to make it go smoothly. Consulted us on music choices before hand and took requests - people dancing all night long of all ages!Highly recommend

James was the DJ for our wedding celebration party following our destination ceremony. He was excellent! From helping set up our room (he has some great lighting) to getting everyone on the dancefloor, he made the night unforgettable. He was very friendly, even to my many family members countless requests! Certainly recommend. Thank you James!

It's a pleasure to write this review. James couldn't do enough to help us from the moment we contacted him. He was professional throughout the whole planning and during the wedding day. A lovely guy, we would certainly recommend his services.

James is brilliant!From the very first time we met to go through exactly what we wanted to happen on the wedding day...to then exceeding already high expectations (based on his great reviews) on the actual day itself, he is excellent value for money.James quite literally did all the running around in the background on our wedding day so that we could sit back and enjoy everything. Organising people for photos, engaging with guests, syncing up with our saxophone player, silencing the room for announcements/speakers, ushering people in to the correct rooms for first dances, speeches etc. I for one was very particular about the finer details of the planning but James took on board everything and executed it brilliantly, making sure we stayed on track so that the day would run smoothly.Oh...and then he was a great DJ too!!! We gave him our playlist of must haves and they were all played alongside other songs that fit the theme we wanted. He is also not afraid to give advice e.g. leaving arch at midnight.He really contributed significantly to making the day a success and would recommend him to anyone.Thank James!Neil and Laura

I would highly recommend James Ross, he is totally fantastic from start to finish he helped us create the perfect day, on our wedding day he was always on hand and the music played was excellent it certainly got everyone dancing in the evening!! Thanks James for all your hard work

We could not have had a anyone better than James to provide his services as both MC, DJ and organiser for our wedding last year, sorry we should have provided this review sooner. He was not only helpful throughout but listened to what we wanted in terms of tracks played and being the host during the day, far better than the venue itself could have provided.No hesitation in recommending him for any couple young and older (as we are)
