My son's school uniform has been traumatic because of my inability to complete the simple task of measuring my son correctly haha. I received the wrong sizes for a couple of items, totally my fault. But I turned up to the shop unannounced, was seen straight away, a member of staff found the correct sizes (they are correct this time thankfully) and swapped them with absolutely no fuss. Can't fault the customer service at all, went over and above expectations.

We booked a uniform fitting and had the whole place to ourselves. Staff wearing full PPE, hand sanitizer to use, amazing help from the staff, very professional

I purchased a school jumper and received an email once this was in store. Due to illness I couldn't get there within the 1st two month, and by the time I could we were in lockdown. My daughter was going back to school and so I went to collect the jumper to find out 3 month prior (during the middle of lockdown) it had been put back on general sale and they were out of stock. I understand the time frame under normal circumstances, however they could have at least informed me to save a wasted trip and I would have had the opportunity to get another.

Staff are brilliant, turned up 5 mins after closing and he let me in to collect my daughters blazer, only ordered a couple of days ago and came quickly, was informed straight away.

Great service from start to finish, from making my telephone appointment to walking out of the shop with a full uniform kit. Very friendly staff, good quality clothing. Easy to find location, just behind Stockton high street. Definitely recommend.
