I bought an item online Saturday evening but needed to add something Sunday so I emailed them. First thing Monday morning they told me: not a problem, and to put it as self collection". Both items got delivered to me before midday in the same parcel the next day

First class customer support received after I purchased a new plane and transmitter and needed info on default function positions. Received a call from Paul who was only too happy to assist. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that enjoys old fashioned customer service of the highest order.

Went in store today, I didn't realise it was click and collect only. The rude man made this really clear though. I have shopped there before with no issue. The guy had a good moan at me for it, and told me he's in a bad mood. but said it's fine as I was just about to leave. I asked him for a replacement servo and he told me he's too busy to give advice and he's a shop for hobbiests and not a hobby shop, and said that if I want advice go to Al's hobbies and then ushered me out the place. I haven't spent £000s in there. But I won't spend another penny in there. Off to Al's hobbies!!As explained to you. I'm within walking distance, knew where your located and have walked in there with no issue before and no mention of this before. (I brought a reciecer from you maybe 2 months ago max). I had no need to go to your website. And you was definitely NOT polite about it. This is the first 1 start review I have ever written in my life so don't think im one of them people who complain without valid reason.

I was so pleased to have come across Nexus Modelling Supplies, over the last year they have continuously provided good value and an excellent service. Many times, I have submitted an order in the late afternoon of one day and then taken delivery the very next day (with their courier option). I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I have to say, I am very glad that I have found Nexus Models especially Paul who was incredibly helpful and patient towards helping me make a purchase. I'm still relatively new to the hobby so naturally I had over a million questions to ask but Paul was attentive and gave so much information that helped me to make my decision.Purchased and delivered very quickly (next day delivery via APC). Packaging was perfectly done with sufficient bubble wrap/foam inserts to protect the goods inside. This has not been the case for some other RC retailers I have used.The NX8 transmitter I've now set up after watching hours of YouTube how-to videos. The Habu SS 50mm EDF is wrapped and sitting under the Christmas tree (banned from opening before Christmas) but a quick glance of the exterior box and no damages made during shipment.I have bought from other well known RC retailers and I cannot fault them but when someone gives you so much attention to detail whilst being very patient to ensure you make the correct purchase choice then this secures future purchases with them moving forward.
