N & J Nails

Had nails done a few times here...ok but the language barrier is a bit if an issue when it comes to the shape of the nails you want. Then they are unable to explain what they will be doing and although my nails did look great when I left the salon my nails cracked under the acrylic (they were already very long, I just wanted to protect them for a special occasion) but I have to say since I had the acrylic removed my natural nails are awful & I'm growing them out to remove ridges left from the filing around the then cuticle area. Soon as I can clip these babies off I'm not having acrylic again...will look into poly gel nails in future...less abrasive to natural nails.

Absolutely horrendous! These are one of the worst if not the worst nails I have ever had, bumpy application, wonky patterns I could go on...save yourself and go someplace else.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the acrylic nails that I asked for and nothing like the picture, they’re thick and bulky and don’t even fit my nails properly, and when I complained about this nicely I was met back with attitude, as if it was an inconvenience to her to do my nails. If you don’t want nails that are nothing like what you asked with messy and smudged designs, do you not go to the salon. Also to mention the entire style is freezing cold and the place is small and shabby. Not to mention, the overall process took about 2 hours due to her having to keep rubbing out her mistakes. Do not go to this place!

Got my nails there already more than few times. Younger lady that works there does amazing job. All the time I’m going only to her now and I wait in line to get to her.

Been coming here for a while now would not go anywhere else staff are lovely and always get good comments about my nails love them

Honestly the nails are not worth the money, they are thick and clumpy and all different, I will never go back

Have been going here for years but upon really observing their cleanliness, and h&s I won't be using them again.The staff are arrogant and rude, level of English is terrible so you never really get what you ask for as the communication is poor.I am on blood thinners And my skin on both fingers and toes were cut.It was then that I observed what they do with the tools after this situation as they should be disinfected and sterilised, instead the tools were put back and used on the next person witjout even being cleaned. This is terrible and a huge risk of infection or worse from cross contamination especially as I was bleeding.They also have the older man doing nails when he clearly had no experience or clue how to use the tools especially the drill because he nearly took my finger off, shouldn't be allowed or if the service is being done by a learner you should be given the choice and have it highly discounted.A discrsce, and you have lost a loyal customer as well as my mother ans sister who are also customers of a few years.

my nails have turned out beautiful, but it is very hard to communicate with the staff as the lack of english they provide. i have been going to this place for about a year or so i would say at least 2 sets of acrylics came out decent.

Early Friday morning, so very quiet, seen straight away. Friendly staff. Standard manicure with ordinary polish, work done quickly and well, then time under a dryer before leaving. Pleased with result and good price too.
