Was charged 19.99 for something priced at 5.99. Had to wait for over 20 minutes before he eventually refunded the difference. Not a pleasant experience

The Manager was amazing, professional, pleasant and so friendly, not just with locals but absolutely everyone, funny too. Never thought I'd enjoy a visit to the shop so much. Well done.
