Went in for an annual service for my Range Rover. Emma, the service advisor assigned to me was very polite and professional and she explained me about the process and works which will be carried out during the service. She constantly provided update over phone about the status of my car even-though they have a web tool to track the status of your car’s service. She even provided me with a full detailed service history of my vehicle when I requested for it. She is really amazing and she knows how to handle customers.Overall it was a friendly atmosphere with some hot and cold drinks and some snacks. I was offered a complimentary wash and vacuum, and it was a perfect job.The only place where I think they should have an improvement is providing of a courtesy car or at least a courtesy taxi to the customers for them to go back to their home/office after dropping the car at the service centre. No one offered me or didn’t even ask me about this option.Hence 5 stars to EmmaAnd 4 stars to Sytner

If I could give it a 0 star I would. From incompetence within booking a repair, due to awful build quality and electronics. To huge delays waiting for parts. To awful in person service in the dealership. Every angle of my experience at this dealer has been 0/5 star. Awful.

I popped in to look into to upgrading my current Range Rover Evoque. The sales staff were so super helpful & really gave me every option and recommendations on the best choices possible to consider!Once I’ve made up my mind, I’ll definitely be going back to place my order. I would just like to highlight the excellent service and manner in which Phillipa helped us. Over the years of having our discovery and only having Landrover work on it we’ve come to realise that while the car itself is great, getting your car booked in for whatever reason or having a courtesy car tends to leave one somewhat disappointed, more than one would prefer.However if the service bookings team had more of Phillipa’s approach and effort to customer service, I’m pretty sure Landrover would be second to none.Thank you Phillipa, you’re a star!

Absolutely shocking service, would highly not recommend visiting their service department. I booked an appointment in July 2023 to fix a side step for my Range Rover, gave the car in and after a day they called and said they couldn’t diagnose and needs to be rescheduled. A new appointment rescheduled to 20th September 2023 , for 3 days no communication or nothing until I called them multiple times to be told that they couldn’t diagnose the issue and they need it for few more hours. What a shambolic service. How can they not find the reason for their own vehicles? I don’t think they communicate with each other as I keep have to mention that the cost is covered by the company where I bought the car from and warranty. What are they even doing there? So much better brands around will definitely be looking else where soon.Lol already send an email to Ian on 29th sept 2023, never heard back from him. 3 months passed you expect me to waste my life on this no thank you.

Beautiful modern showroom, great product options, amazing customer experience from the sales advisor Pete Davis and his business manager John, throughout the purchase process. The vehicle presentation was beautifully done and the handover was thorough, the colleague who did this alongside Pete was super helpful. Looking forward to same level of experience post purchase.

I have recently purchased a Jaquar XE HSE D180 from Sytner Land Rover Bristol and the experience from start to finish has been exceptional.I had been communicating with Sales manage Philip Evans via email prior to visiting and could only visit that week late on the Friday evening due to work commitments. Philip agreed to stay on and meet me. I arrived at about 5.45pm and viewed all three cars with Philip taking his time to show the relevant features. In the end I could not decide which one i preferred and left at about 7pm without reserving any of the vehicles. Phil was a gentleman throughout and at no time did he put any pressure on me to make a decision there and then which in today's climate I was particularly impressed with, and then realising whilst driving home that the showroom should have closed at 6pm made the experience even more impressive.The following day I contacted Phil and agreed to purchase one of the vehicles i had viewed paid a deposit and completed relevant paper work, however that evening I changed my mind and decided I wanted to upgrade to the HSE model and contacted Phil again a second time on the Sunday morning to let him know this and was a little worried I had left it to late and was worried it might not even be possible as i had already paid a deposit on the first car, however I should not have been concerned as again nothing was to much trouble and the up grade was processed and new paper work was completed without delay the same day.I knew I was purchasing a high quality car in the Jaquar XE which by the way is absolutely stunning but what i didn't quite realise is with Sytner Bristol you also get qauulit service to match the brand.At no time throughout the purchase of the vehicle did I feel pressurised into buying and felt totally in control of my decision making process at all times which as I say in this day and age is highly unusual and most desirable and made the whole process an absolute pleasure.The team at Sytner Land Rover Bristol were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and i must say kind, and made the purchase of my new Jaquar XE so much more enjoyable.The car itself is absolutely stunning and drives like a dream, I love it.If your thinking of buying a top end vehicle and want quality service to match then look no further than Sytner Land Rover Bristol, I can highly recommend and will definitely be back when its time for me next upgrade.
