If your a driver and a lorry pulls up beside you at a roundabout good luck I had this happen yesterday and he took my whole wing mirror of car as he was in the wrong lane rung the company and took the drivers word of course they will it’s one of there own and he weren’t in the wrong they need to reach there drivers about the correct lanes to use as roundabouts, and didn’t wanna pay for the damages so had to pay £170

Driving M6 southbound between Lancaster/Preston and Cougar Courier driver nearly tipping over!! Trying to overtake at over 75mph in a storm!! Never seen such awful driving, surprised he hasn’t had a r serious accident

I was driving down the M3 through roadworks yesterday. The speed limit is 50 mph, tracked by speed cameras. A large Cougar Couriers truck came up behind me, closing to less than 10 ft behind me, flashing his lights and hooting. He could have overtaken but didn't. I have photos of the van.

Driving on M4 westbound @ around midday today. Smaller lorry undercut me in 50mph zone then chose to pull out sharply. I just managed to avoid contact with this unprofessional idiot. I think VOSA should check drivers tacho. He clearly wasn’t obeying speed limit. DN16NUC

Dangerous driving - driver approached a roundabout in the left lane which was clearly signposted as left turn only and cut me up to go right. Reported to the company and asked if the dangerous driving could be looked into. Recieved the following in response to my polite email concerning their road safety: 'Thank you for expaining how to safely drive a truck on public roads, your input is greatly appreciated. Your expertise on the matter will be considered going forward. I'll make a note of your email address if any further valuable knowledge is required', along with more sarcastic remarks. So unprofessional. Bad driving and safety concerns made a joke out of. Not surprised to see all the other similar reviews. Please avoid at all costs.Edited to add: My account of the story has not gotten worse, I have actually missed out details including how your driver came out of his lane and into mine (when he had plenty of room in his) much, much before approaching the roundabout. Absolutely happy to confirm you said you take safety seriously and will remind your driver of this, however I find it questionable how much one can take this statement seriously when it was accompanied with numerous sarcastic comments (including more I did not post). I sincerely hope you are true to your word and I'm sure if you are your reviews will see a change.

I'm sure the delivery service is good but the driver on Stanwell road this morning wasn't! Far to close to 2 cyclists and then mounted the kerb when turning left on to Hatton Road. I hope he had the correct licence!

I got cut up by one of your drivers today on the A4 he nearly crashed into me and then stuck his middle finger up at me when he was in the wrong then was break testing me if this is the type of driver you employ I don't think you will be around much longer.

Diabolical driving today by Cougar Driver on M25 at 6.22 AM between Junction 8 and 7 I was on centre lane travelling at 70 mph, Cougar driver almost touching my bumper, flashing lights and flicking V signs at me, despite having another two lanes to overtake...report to police road rage etc? If I were Cougar be concerned at image your company getting on the road. Having worked for Ocado in the past this driver would have been dismissed
