I have been seeing Jonathon for 3 years now after being recommended by a friend with my back pain, I play rounders, run and exercise and as I’m getting older need physio more often. Jonathon makes me feel at ease and it’s like going for a chat for an hour whilst he works on what I need on that particular visit as it’s different every time!! I have been going to see Jonathon since October and it has changed my life. Having a congenital issue with my hip, I have suffered daily for 13 years. I do go to injury mechanics weekly, but this has changed my mobility and strengthening of my hip and I am able to play with my children, as I should. They are a fabulous service and really know their stuff. I couldn’t recommend more! Thanks so much for making me pain free.

I have been visiting Maria on a regular basis for the last couple of years. I lift weights and am constantly tweaking things! Her knowledge is second to none; she takes the time to listen and pinpoint exactly how the injury occurred and then tailors the session accordingly. I always get given specific exercises to do between sessions as well, which are always beneficial. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maria to anyone, regardless of the type of activity they are involved in. She is an expert in her field and is also very personable - a perfect mix

I had treatment from Maria during and after pregnancy to ease my hip and back pain. Always thorough with questions before each treatment to meet my needs and she gave me exercises to perform at home to continue to my treatment. Maria and the team literally keep me able to exercise. I have had a number of injuries and Maria not only “mends me” but she also gives me the techniques to ensure they don’t happen again. Incredibly effective and knowledgeable, I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I originally come to Maria for an injury about 8 years ago that nobody else was able to sort out so that I could get running again. Maria diagnosed and treated the injury and has kept me running ever since, injury free. I visit Injury Mechanics every 6-8weeks to make sure niggles don’t turn into injuries. All the sports therapists are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I’ve recommended them to lots of other runners.

Been seeing John Holden for a while now, I had some shoulder issues pain and mobility. From the onset John was friendly and forthcoming. He helped me alot with his vast knowledge and expertise, he managed to get rid of the issues. Very hands on and always available for any advice or putting me in for quick appointments when needed. Highly recommended.
