Jacqui and Nick did a fantastic job exactly what we wanted, very professionaland without any drama or fuss.

I was treated with the upmost care and concern for my welfare. The funeral was well organised and was what my late husband and I requested.

From the outset Nick was very caring and compassionate. He immediately stepped up to help with the repatriation of my father’s ashes back to the UK when other local competitors were not able to help me. His advice and guidance was invaluable. Guided us through every step of the way from the moment we contacted them with amazing communication. We didn't know where to start and they were so careful in explaining and helping us through as it is quite a minefield if you've never organised a funeral before.Even set up a whatsapp group for any random questions. Handled us all with kindness, compassion and humour when appropriate and humoured our weird and wonderful requests wherever they possibly could. They found us a gorgeous celebrant who was equally fabulous. We were determined to use an independent business and not a chain and it was so worth it. They absolutely tailored it for the way we wanted to do our goodbye. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate!

We were recommended White Rose, as an alternative to a more traditional establishment. That's not to say that White Rose could not offer the usual 'trimmings' typical of most funerals. However, their 'modern' approach gave us the freedom to completely rethink the ceremony and basically, they would accommodate. Amazing! Along with the permission to design our own bespoke arrangements, they backed our wishes up with exemplary service, sensitive communication and up-to-date technology. Nothing is too much trouble for this family business! The personal touches and efficient 'steering' from start to finish was never too much trouble for White Rose. For example, what funeral director would, when asked, take all the flowers to the Wake venue and stick around as long as we needed them?In addition, their resources included an associated celebrant, who was excellent, and suggestions of Wake venues to suit and even catering ideas!We used their 'one stop shop' and couldn't fault it!Finally, their charges were very reasonable, with no extra expenses added that weren't agreed from the outset.Thank you White Rose Modern Funerals for turning our sorrow into joy!
