Outstanding service and amazing jewellery! I was looking for an art deco engagement ring and after viewing many reproductions elsewhere, I finally found Thomas Glover with genuine jewellery from that era. The owners were very accommodating in letting me try on lots from their amazing range, covering all styles and budgets. They let the jewellery do the talking and there was no sales pitch or pushing at all. Not only did I find a beautiful unique engagement ring, I returned a few months later to buy an equally special 1930s wedding ring.Can't recommend these guys enough!

Wonderfully helpful people and not over priced. I initially chose Thomas Glover after asking for advice regarding ring resizing, they were so knowledgable about the style of ring and the impact of resizing beyond a certain level. They have since had the same ring back for another repair and done an incredible job. Really enthusiastic about their work and great at communicating and not over promising, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent service from the staff at Thomas Glover. I found the engagement ring I was looking for at their lovely store and TG handled everything seamlessly from there. The TG staff accommodated all my requests and everything from purchase through to resizing was sorted with ease.

I can't recommend Thomas Glover enough! I'm so glad I found this gem of a shop. Andrew was so kind and patient helping me find the perfect engagement ring. He let me try on a range of different styles and was very knowledgeable about the history of each piece. It's obvious that they are really passionate about what they do. I fell in love with a beautiful art deco diamond solitaire ring (completely different from what I thought I wanted!). The customer service and communication was fantastic. I look forward to purchasing my next piece of jewellery from Thomas Glover soon :-)

We bought a beautiful antique sapphire and diamond engagement ring from Thomas Glover. We spotted the ring on the website but visited the shop to see the ring and try it on. Catherine and Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. In addition to resizing the engagement ring they also created 2 fabulous gold wedding rings from 3 wedding rings originally belonging to great grandparents.Excellent value for money and we're happy to wholeheartedly recommended them.Thank you so muchJuliet and Simon

The purchase of my ring was a joy from start to finish and I could not have been happier! The experience was so good that I would not hesitate to go there again. There was a good range of choices, the service was very personable, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. A gem of a jewellers in the gem town of Shrewsbury!
