Work was good but we never once received a phone call for anything. I had to call every time for all communication. The car was meant to be collected on a Monday. I waited all day. Mid afternoon I called and was told the courtesy car had been written off so the car would not be collected that day. I agreed to no courtesy car to keep things moving. On Tuesday I waited in all day. No call. I eventually called to find that the car that was coming with the driver to collect our car had broken down. My car finally picked up 6pm. We were then told we would have our car back the following Thursday (8 days later) in time for our holiday. On Thursday morning I called to confirm timings and was told the car would not be ready in time for our holiday as the replacement drivers door had turned up at Goswell’s damaged. No one had thought to tell us. We have the car back now. The work is good but the customer service was dreadful.

I would give more than 5 Stars if possible. Absolutely flawless customer service from initial first contact right through to handover. Polite and responsive replies to all correspondence, regular updates on progress and a fantastic level of workmanship. And the interior and exterior valet was fantastic - my car was returned looking even better than when I first bought it. I thoroughly recommend Goswells to anyone. My own job role is Global VP of Customer Experience for a £6bn multinational so I know what good service looks like!!

Very happy with service. Was a bit of a problem with pick up but the company went above and beyond to sort it. Work was done very quickly and car looks like new! Sam and Gabriel who brought the car back were informative keeping me updated with delivery and extremely polite and friendly... 5 stars for this company ✨️
