Would never recommend them. Had to wait 9 weeks for joiner to call up. Refused to take off old floor even though it was within the price quote. He left material at the front door. Was told to get a call back from manager which never happened. Had to get own joiner and material was not enough. One box of wooden planks was missing. Really wanted to support local businesses but got messed about.

Excellent service, great price and very very helpful staff.

Bought a new carpet for stairs and landing and delighted with the result and the excellent price. No problems with getting a day to suit. Fitters were professional and highly skilled. We needed a join and you literally couldn’t tell where it is. Thank you Carpetworld Kennedy Way. Highly recommended!

Very good customer service from Aidan. Found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He helped find the exact carpet I was after. For this reason I wouldn't hesitate in giving carpet world a 5 star.

Great bunch of people. Very helpful and informative of products. I was looking for a good flooring for bathroom. The sales person went hunting through shelving for some. Found it and gave a great price for it. No hard selling just good advise and help. Recommend to anyone.

So I thought today this company would finally redeem themselves but they have let me down yet again!Do not shop here !I first ordered carpet and a wooden floor on September the 13th 2022 when I paid a decent depositI heard nothing and after numerous phone calls I was told that they had lost the docketIt took a number more phone calls and was told my phone number had been written down wrongly. I eventually got the carpet laid around the end of OctoberWhen the joiner arrived a few days later to do the other room he recommend carpet instead because of the old floor so I phoned carpet world (kennedy way) and was told someone would phone me backI did not get phoned back so I phoned a couple of weeks later (I work full time as a busy health care worker and I’m a single mum) I then ordered a carpet and paid for it in fullI arranged for it to be delivered on the 20th December 2022I phoned in the afternoon of the 20th December and was told it should be fitted last thingIt is now after 9:30 pm and no carpetI have now cleared the room 2 times and I am absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service of this companyI absolutely do not recommend them at allI have given them many chances to redeem themselves but they have sadly failedTake your business to a more reliable company

Couldnt recommend this place more. We were utterly confused as this is the first time weve lived on our own. Aiden helped us with understanding everything to measurements/ room layouts/ prices etc. He was pleasant and took his time explaining everything. It has been the most pleasant experience of shopping that i have ever done ✔

I just bought new carpet from Carpet World and had a wonderful experience. We had originally looked at competitors, but I couldn't find carpets as good quality or at the price quoted. We ended up going for a nice grey carpet. The young man at Carpet World think his name was James very helpful he came out and measured the area and recommended a thick underlay due to the state of the existing flooring.James was very helpful and accommodating, and his installation team was first rate. He advised he had used the same team for years and it shows in their ability. They were on time and took the morning to do about 1000 sq ft. Very friendly and did a great job. I would happily recommend Carpet World to anyone, great service & price.
