Visited first time today would recommend to anyone can just choose what you want and they do the rest. Very reasonable on price. Birthday present for my wife she could not have been happier.

I’m sure the arrangements are lovely. However I just made a polite enquiry and was met with an incredibly unnecessarily condescending and passive aggressive response. I have spoken to other florists in the area who answered my question very kindly, this was a huge contrast. Public interactions are probably best handled by staff that aren’t angered by harmless enquiries.

A lovely shop with lovely staff. A great selection of flowers from what I could see, and the lady in the shop was amazingly helpful when I popped in needing some help. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you.

Ordered flowers to be dropped off at a restaurant in town for my mums birthday and Hayley have a courtesy call to inform us the restaurant couldn’t find the reservation. Mums birthday wasn’t ruined though. Flowers delivered and reservation found. Thank you!

The flowers were tropical types of flowers and absolutely beautiful and really enjoyed Thank you again. We will most certainly order more!

These guys were off the charts amazing this week. I phoned them to organise someFuneral flowers with only 1.5hrs to go until the ceremony started (I know…. Not myFault). Not only did Ruth take time to listen to my requests and rather specific demands for the flowers, but they actually delivered them with 25 minutes to spare. At no point did I feel like I was being paid lip service and on the contrary Ruth was at pains to ensure me they would do their best given the circumstances. They went above and beyond and called me back to let me know that the flowers had been delivered - astonishing customer service. I cannot thank you enough for your absolutely first class customer service and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much!
