Waited a few weeks to get an appointment with this company, I was advised the cleaner will be attending at 8.30 am to start the job, it was 9.37pm until the manager called me and said the cleaner is lost and will not be able to attend!I was extremely upset, I ensured I took the time off work to accommodate the cleaner time and it’s quiet unacceptable to just not turn up for a job. The only resolution for this mistake was an apology from the manager and a reminder that it was a waste of hER time! Disappointed:-(
