I have bought from this shop 4-5 times and I've never been disappointed.A few reviews have said they're not interested when you go in ,No they are they give you peace to look and time to choose they're not pushy or trying to get you to buy what they think is suitable I have never had a problem at all. I'm happy to buy from this shop and they have no problem taking your purchase to your vehicle

Totally disgusted by direct flooring money back policy ended up with 5 packs of laminate leftover they only take 1 pack back so I am £170 out of pocket
