I’m not the type to leave feedback like this ever but how we were treated by a manager is a disgrace. We booked a trip with hays Lisburn in 2020. Twice cancelled to covid last year was cancelled as they change us hotel and the hotel we changed to closed down. We rebooked for this year and the online hays when you sign in and you ask for your travel documents which it shows travel solutions. The payment date it shows it 12.9.23. We then received a final reminder email Yesterday 30.8 we are at risk of being cancelled. When I phoned hays a manager was supposed to call me back, never did. Once I called back again 4 hours later I got through to a manager who’s attitude was absolutely disgusting. We explained we can’t pay to 11th and the manager thought this was hilarious laughing down the phone at us literally laughing, saying how our holiday will be cancelled in that case and we won’t get any money back. We’ve paid £3500 to be treated like this as a customer who booked through hays many’s of times in Derry but tried Lisburn as this were we seen the deal. When we told the manager her attitude was disgusting this was also funny and we asked for hays head office number to make a complaint about her behaviour she told us no they don’t have a direct number which in fact was a lie as I called another hays branch who gave me this number and I made a complaint to head office who was very helpful. I hope the call was recorded so someone with higher authority can pass train your managers to talk to a customer spending thousands with respect at the most.

Poor customer service won't use again. Went through another agent. Still awaiting a call about my travel money. Got sorted else where. Sent me copy and pastes of hotels but location or country not included and footmen ring me if you want anything. Would hate to need them with a problem. Won't use again. Have got really bad.

We had our holiday cancelled. And I have to say it was handled in a very professional manor. We should have been on holiday beginning of October, disappointed we could not go but somethings are more important. We had been advised of a refund which would take approximately 28 days . Well today I have had a full refund, I will definitely be using Hays travel again as their word is their bond . A very well done to all concerned .

Called in to the lisburn branch about 4 weeks ago to inquire about a cruise holiday, The place was empty apart from the 3 staff members, One of the girls finally asked me if I needed any help and I told her I wanted to book a cruise for 2023, I was told they had no brochures at the minute but that she could check on the computer, She processed to check cruises and dates but could only find cruises at £5000 per person, she then said that if I left my email address and phone number she would keep looking and get back to me with prices, well as I said at the start it's been 4 weeks and no emails or phone calls, I decided to go to a better travel agent and had a holiday booked within a an hour and not at £5000 pounds, Apparently hays travel are not interested in my business, I would definitely not recommend this company if this is the service you receive gave 1 star as the girl I spoke to was at least pleasent.

Instant currency exchange. Many to choose from without having to order in and wait. Can be reserved and collected. Or, order in if not in shop and pay when collecting. Friendly and helpful staff.
