The passing of my mother in October was very heart breaking.I can't praise the funeral directors more than I already did. They were fantastic and made it so easy and nothing was too much trouble.I could just drop in and not make an appointment.It was not morbid or upsetting, it was just lovely to go in have a coffee and chat about anything.Everything on the day of the funeral was just a lovely day.And everyone one said I done my mum proud.So I thank everyone x

Both our mother and father had funeral plans with Dignity Funerals. The nominated Dignity funeral Directors were L Fulcher's of Stowmarket, Suffolk. L Fulchers met all the requirements for a professional, dedicated and very sympathetic service. We would like to mention in particular Mrs Ros Frost who was our point of contact at Fulchers. She is a most professional and kind person who handled both our sad experiences in a very personal manner with dignity and respect. The support staff are also excellent and carry out their roles with full respect and the correct attitude for the occasions. We were offered plenty of help and suggestions to make the separate funerals (3 years apart) as stress free and memorable as possible.
