Crosshill House

Room we had was clean, comfortable bed. On site car park and garden area is nice.Little things spoilt it like poor wifi, rubbish shower.Location isn't great for the city centre. Cost us £25 to get back after a late night out.

We needed to be close to Hampden Park which it is, its less of a hotel and more like rent a room very small, no wardrobe just 3 hangers and 30cm rail, good hot shower, paper thin walls we had to ask room next door to turn tv down and it probably wernt loud, I could hear the man next door snoring! There's no where to have anything to eat on site, no reception until 2.30, I mean reception loosely as its not usual type you would expect from a 'hotel' 5 mins walk to CIBO one of only a few decent looking cafes in the area, its quite scruffy in the immediate area, lots of rubbish and debris laying around. Battlefield area seems a bit cleaner and nicer looking

Rooms are not clean, not cleared out after the previous guest left before handing over to us.Rooms doesn’t have a fresh feeling at all.Cardboard walls and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room.Not a peaceful stay.

It's a decent place. Rooms are very spacious and beds are good. There's parking inside the property. It's not a hugely touristy area, so if you want to check something, you have to drive.

I felt very UNSAFE here. There was no lobby. I went into a room from outside to check in and this desk was only maned 2:30-10pm. Sketchy. I had to walk outside to get to my room. I couldn't imagine doing it at night alone in the dark. The room was clean but I again felt unsafe with my head at the window that was on main floor adjacent to the parking lot. Creepy. I was in the room 20 mins and asked to check out. I called the front desk and they said they could not refund me my 2nd and 3rd night. I offered to pay for the first night and receive a refund and the staff said she couldn't do that. I called Expedia whom I booked through and they themselves could not get me a refund. my taxi driver said it also was not a place he would even drive past 8 pm. Not well signed and poor curb appeal. Not a place to stay

no chair at room,no refrgerator,good high ceiling room.close to train station.

Nice staff, wonderfull yard.Room 15 was aged, paperwalls, you can hear every noise coming from upstairs, coridor or next rooms.Also the doors can be improoved because you can't close a door witouth making a lot of noise.A plus for cleaning staff who really makes a great job and everything was spotless clean.

Rooms very clean. Staff friendly. No frige in rooms. Carpark available.
