What a shame, used to be a great place and very reasonable, now it seems it's getting prices from online sites and becoming very competitive. I understand it's charity but it works both ways for those on a tight budget and with young families they are missing the point.... free donations but high prices to sell on. Remember charity shops were originally designed to help those less fortunate!!

First of all the staff are really nice and helpful and never have I come across any staff been rude, I go every week and have picked up quite a few bargains , Staff go out of their way to help and let’s not forget these people are volunteers One of my favourite charity shops .

Very bad customer service. Bought a table and it was delivered with a massive scratch on it. Shop manager was adamant scratch was there before it left the shop but it wasn't there when it was purchased and on display. I have photos to prove it. The manager showed no empathy and never apologised, simply repeated that the scratch was there before it left the shop.Refund was quick but customer service very bad. Shop with caution.

Amazing friendly staff and great product and prices, you know its so lovely to see staff happy and enjoying their job and they could be volunteering but u wouldn't know and are more welcoming than paid staff in other stores

I have found some really nice items but thd prices can be 'hit and miss'. Very polite volunteers.

Large shop with plenty of space, well laid out. Get some good stuff in stock but like most charity shops, can't guarantee anything. Pleasant staff, good prices

Wanted a good cordless phone, I picked up one but found out that there was a telephone lead missing. Then I saw two cordless phones but still was looking for better. Looking on the shelf I thought l was buying a bargain looked in the box with phone and was pleased we saw the lead for the wall and I thought that's all it needed. I got it home and opened it in front of mam and brother. They happened to to be still something missing a power pack. Taking it back to shop. This means they do not check all the goods. At least I put 3 stars as I tell the truth and I thought 3 stars was very reasonable. If checked all goods properly I will change the star rating

I saw this truck round the side of the Sue Ryder charity shop .. I loved the livery of the prince of wales aircraft carrier and badge I was talking to trevor the driver

The sue ryder charity shop is on the outskirts of skelton on the new industrial estate next to B&M, there is plenty of car parking spaces including disabled and mother and children the entrance is wheelchair accessible but the internal layout can be a bit tight in places they have a varied turnover of products

Large store, reasonable range of items. Quite expensive on the whole, there were some items priced higher than they would have been brand new. There are a few bargains in and amongst though
