Diversipets

The first few visits were amazing, can't tell you the girl's name but she was great. But the last 2 times were terrible. First they cut my dog's eyelashes and his genitals was bleeding. The next time I came I explained everything, the woman apologized and said it wouldn't happen again.As always, I asked for a short but still fluffy cut. And what do you think, when I came to pick up the dog, eyelashes were cut again, the nails were not shortened, the dog's face was cut unevenly and the dog was almost shaved, I was shocked.... When the evening came, I took out the brush to brush hes hair, the dog got scared and started shaking terribly,it took an hour to calm the dog down. And so it goes on for 3 days. Will never use diversipets again and would not recommend to anyone!

Our husky is not the easiest of dogs to groom as he dislikes being bathed and is impatient when it comes to brushing.The team at Diversipets took great care of him and he walked out looking like a new dog! They were patient and caring which is what he needs.I would recommend this place to any dog owner.

Amazing service every time. Have been using diversipets for many, many years. They are a friendly bunch who provide the best service/cut tailored to your requirements. The dogs love their new natural treats in their shop too. Highly recommend!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but it seemed both times I took my dog to be groomed he came back with fleas. Lovely job on his coat but just not the place for me. The staff are lovely but always very busy.Edited to reply.Yes I use a different dog groomers now. I haven't used you guys since the pandemic. My mum however still uses you. And I know she's too quiet to say anything about the fleas. That's the reason I stopped using your services.

Our lovely cavapoo Robbie, paid a visit this week.We have always used Diversipets, but his grooms haven’t been the same quality since they moved premises.He always has the same groom, which should be easy to follow after nearly 4yrs of grooming him. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we were called, stating he was done, only 1.5hrs after we dropped him off, it’s always took at least an hour longer before.His ear fur smelled and wasn’t clean, & his fur overall seemed too long.His legs looked almost untouched. My wife ended up trimming his legs afterwords.He’s groomed every night at home, so we know he’s good and behaves, so wonder if this makes him easy to be used by different groomers each time.Unfortunately, this could be our last visit.

Loved it and so did Belle...so much so she didn't want to come home. She looks great and smells divine highly recomended.

Eric has been seen by these guys for nearly 7 years. He always sits so well for them despite him being very delicate. They do such a good job with him when he comes in whether it's for a full shave or just a groom. Very happy bunny

Took my dog here for a groom. She loved it. The staff are kind and great with animals. Great price, and she looked and smelled gorgeous when I picked her up . Booked her in again .
