The showroom presentation was fantastic. I am not very familiar with the cars topic but Jermaine explained everything quite well. Overall, it was a great experience.My favorite model was the light blue Genesis, however, I do not recall the exact model ID.

We've just taken a test drive of the GV70 with Laurence and absolutely loved it. Whilst the test drive was taken around mostly 20mph areas we got a good feel of it. Laurence was particularly helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle and his local knowledge. Hopefully we'll be GV70 owners very soon!

My wife and I visited the Genesis Battersea showroom and Junaid took us on a test drive. From that moment onwards Junaid was extremely attentive finding the car that fitted our requirements. We have now taken delivery, a personal delivery by Junaid, and the car is a delight to drive.

Arrogant, rude, repugnant and horrible staff member. Visited as I am in the process of changing my car. The way I was spoken to for sitting in car was beyond the pale. Luckily I had already made my mind up that the genesis was plastic tat before he approached as I would be unkeen to to ever deal with them moving forward.If I was managing this showroom I would be so disappointed in this individual in the grey suit. The 2 others were actually pleasant.
