Went in for shoe repair (a simple stitch job) had to wait 5 minutes as he had gone out for a cigarette. He came back in glanced at the shoe I was holding for roughly 1 second. And simply said no he couldn't do it. He didn't even have a proper look just dismissed it out of hand. This was at 1.30 and we noticed closing time was 2pm it seemed he didn't want to do any more work that day and we were inconveniencing him. Will never go again

Awful - got 4 keys cut - din't work smoothly - returned - 4 more cut - didn't work - went to another locksmith who said they had used the wrong blank- he cut 2 and they worked first time - returned to ask for refund - man aggressive and rude.AVOID

Superb customer service. I was getting married the following day and the shoes I'd ordered elsewhere were too small! My trusty Loakes had worn through to the caulk and Jon managed to sort me out with a re-sole within the same day to save me from embarrassment. 100% will use again. Thanks again.

I was looking for a replacement hypo allergenic watch strap, for which I had been quoted £45 in a jewellers. Pope shoe repairs did not have any such straps but took the time to remove the relevant part from my existing strap and put in it the new strap and fit to watch. All this excellent customer service for less than £10. Thank you so much, will definitely be recommending you to others.
