First visit for us. It had some bad reviews when it first opened so we gave them a few months to settle down and get used their job. Chicken was hot, chips weren't very hot but were replaced without question. Drinks were tasty. The place could have done with a bit of a clean, waste bins were full, debris on the floor but I guess they're like their opposition and only employ a person to keep during the day to keep the place tidy. Overall, it needs improvement, the foods okay though and the drive through looked busy.

UPDATE:This place is vile, I ordered a new item on the menu and when I got home discovered my burger bun was MOLDY! Honestly absolutely disgusting!This place is so hit and miss, but mostly miss. Also expect to wait AGES.

The place was almost empty, 8 people at 2 tables , food was fast coming out and, hot and was pretty good, service was polite.The only thing I could complain about was. That it was difficult to find a clean table. Crumbs on most. We found the cleanest and wiped away the crumbs. Rubbish on the floor. As we was there at a quiet time I would've expected someone to be cleaning down tables or sweeping the floors. Zoom in on pics to see the tables and floor condition. Otherwise good

Unfortunately, it's not good....Couldn't find a clean table in the entire restaurant, no table numbers at the remote order stations as they were still scattered around the restaurant, with one of the stations out of order too.The floor was covered in food, rubbish and general mess.Order station wouldn't accept our order, and then at the tills it took 4 attempts from 3 different members of staff to input 2 items from the menu.Food itself was usual KFC, and was well cooked, and as tasty as usual. But this in itself wasn't enough for me to want to return.

I don’t think this place is awful but it could be a lot better. I’ve been a few times now and the food has been ok but a bit too over cooked - the chicken is often dry and too crispy as it’s been left in the fryer a bit too long. Have always received the right food on my order so can’t complain about that. However last nights meal - Fillet burger box meal - came with the smallest amount of chips I’ve ever had from a fast food place - are they on rations or something?I believe they need a decent manager to sort out the issues as they seem to be from lack of experience from the staff there, and could be easily sorted out by a decent manager telling them what they should be doing.

I stayed away from here due to bad reviews but gave it a try due to recent good comments. I'm not easily pleased usually but I found the service and food excellent. Very tasty. Wait times were fine. But I imagine recent time complaints are probably due to staff getting things right and I'd rather that.Will be back for sure.

Been there a couple times now, ordered through a drive through and on both occasions had a same issue. First, it’s taking a very long time to take an order, they could at least inform people that they will take your order soon, but rather just leaving you stand near microphone in a quiet. Secondly on both occasions we have waited for at least 20 min in a line after ordering even tho there was only 2 cars in front of us. Food was ok just on both occasions we have received some extra items we didn’t ordered. (Don’t think it’s good for business)

AVOID!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Every time we've been here there has been an issue. This time they took the money off my card yet refused to give me the order said the app was at fault but wouldn't give me proof that I hadn't been given food. All I wanted was a compliment slip explaining issues. Manager said I had to trust him and pay again. Member of staff told man in car behind me to verbally attack me and my disabled daughter. Took 8 days to get the money back.

11 Spices yet they forget 10. Then queryed and had the cheek to then give me about 3kg of chicken as thays all they had. Well the dogs going to have a feast tonigt. Disgusting service and that place is not going to last, oh would i love to manage that place. You can even see from the pic how light it is.
