Camels Head Gate has the rudest civilian employees. Very slow to process passes. They are snappy and they feel entitled all the time. They have an excuse to give each time for being slow. Mostly you will have 2 counters open and the rest will be milling around the office. Long queues outside. A robot could be more polite and efficient. Zero customer service.

Not enough parking for pass office. Not enough staff dealing with passes. Regularly takes an hour to get a pass.

Super place to work and great facilities. You can only access this place with the appropriate security clearances, so not a place the public can visit.
