This is a great bike shop. Their bike services are excellent, and the staff are really knowledgeable and lovely. More than once they have fixed minor bike problems for me, the sort I don't have the tools/knowledge to do, on the spot and without any charge.

Great service. Ordered on Sunday, arrived in store on the Monday and collected on Tuesday morning. Kaique was particularly friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again next time I am looking to purchase a bike or accessories.

I cannot recommend Balfe's in Dulwich more highly; I've shopped here many times over the years. I've bought accessories and small items such as shoes, I've bought a bike and I've had bikes mended/serviced. They staff there have always been brilliant: friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The prices are also very competitive.

These guys not only saved me with an emergency bike setup, but Ed went over and above with his attention to detail. The cables were internally routes and all my measurements from previous bike taken over to new bike in addition. Absolute legends! Can’t thank them enough!
