I had 2 fractured ankles, from a bus driving over my feet!! My foot was extremely swollen and mobility on crutches was challenging. After a couple of visits one with Carol and another with Ben, the swelling is reduced, I have exercises to do, and I can walk more confidently on my crutches. I liked the friendly and easy going approach by both physiotherapists, who managed to impart good advice which was logical and easily understood.

If you haven’t used a properly trained and accredited physio for any of your aches pains twinges etc you are missing out on seriously undervalued profession. These are the true healers. Carole and her colleagues can save you all the hassle of the other medical routes. She reads your body and movement perfectly , gets straight to the business and BOY do you get results! Beware sports masseurs who claim to ‘do’ or ‘know’ physio. Totally marvellous practice. So lucky to have SP&SIC close by. Highly recommended.

For Customer Support, Karen is lovely to speak to and is extremely helpful. Ben Saunders is absolutely outstanding and took me had my Grade 2 tear to fully healed in under 6 weeks.

Thanks to Ben I now have got my shoulder back and can do the things I love (weights, walking the dog etc) without pain. Fabulous service all round, you always feel welcome and appreciated. My advice to anyone is DO THE EXERCISES though. That has been the game changer for me.
