The store has a great atmosphere, the products are easy to browse and the staff were friendly and helpful.They have reasonably priced small options to give you a chance to experiment with different scents, and of course larger options which are perfect for gifts or otherwise.

Wow, the service I got from Rebecca was outstanding. I’ve been to many body shops over the years but never returned for the same product. I came in for something to stop my scalp itching due to a reaction to tablets. She gave me a sample of ginger shampoo for flaky scalp (which I had) Anti-Dandruff with vegan silk protein. In addition I bought CBD soothing oil-balm cleansing mask and WOW, I also bought a foundation for £18 and won’t be buying my top brand of £38 pounds anymore. Thank you Rebecca, your beautiful and such a kind hearted person who was willing to listen to my issues and health problems with my hair and face. Your company is lucky to have you. X

really lovely, friendly staff and i love the products! i was searching for rose toilet water but end up buying also body cream, and received bunch of free stuff.( also received free rose shower gel)

Went in yesterday for a new face mask, Hanisah was very attentive and helped me find one that suited my skin type. Also got a free cleanser for spending £30 on skin care which i loved.

The only reason I am writing this review is beautiful Leena she was very helpful and attentive. Give this girl a raise ❤️

Amazing products and fantastic service. The staff are so friendly, especially Hanisah who I met today. She saved me so much time and money and was genuinely passionate about the products. She also listened to what I was looking for and didn’t show me any products just for the sake of it. I’m so glad I met her today and she honestly made my day. Lady in there was so helpful to my wife and daughter. It was one of those times where they were made to feel special just for being customers. They didn't spend a fortune so there wasn't much incentive but the lady was super helpful in guiding them to try and buy suitable stuff. I really wish I could recall her name.
