If you use any other overnight courier service in London you need to switch to Packfleet now. Simple truth is all the other providers are costly, unreliable and have poor customer service. Packfleet are the oposite and theyveonce again made senndingpackages out to customers a joy.

I can’t thank Georgia and her manager enough, if I got it wrong sorryI was in trouble today pushing a skate with fence slats on and my skate broke and Georgia and her friend stoped and helped me get the fence slats home thank you so much

I work in Fenchurch Street, London, and there is one particular courier who delivers to my address who is extremely rude, arrogant and self righteous. I would like him removed from this area of work, as i cannot afford to have to waste time with this particular individual. I will never order a job with Packfleet, and i will be certain that all of the many people and staff that i work with every day wont either. Disgusting service! And very poor staff!!
