Stoney Lane Surgery

Took my 3 yr old as she wasn't well over 1 week(vomiting, not eating or drinking lost weight and wasnt sleeping) the doctor told us she just had a virus and to give it few more days but she wasn't getting better took her to farm rd surgery and she ended up having a urine infection even the doctor their was shocked she wasnt treated the first time. Could have been alot worse if I just left it at what the 1st doctor told me

If I could I’d give this place zero stars. I would. Receptionist was very unhelpful, unapproachable. Staff on the whole, not helpful at all. The whole Uk has relaxed covid rules. But here both parents are unable to be in the room for such a big procedure. Heard the staff being rude to nearly every person that visited. I could keep writing and stating more things but frankly don’t thing this practice would care.

So unprofessional and rude staff including the receptionist and Nurses. Can barely get to be seen in person. They don’t know what their doing very lazy with care for patients. They don’t conduct appropriate tests and check on the patient is taking the correct medication. my sister has been given antibiotics numerous times. She has not recovered from her infection but they were still prescribing her the same medication.

really poor circumcision service. didn't give me son enough anaesthetic and he ended up screaming in so much pain during the process. Had to give extra dose of paracetamol

Deserves a zero. The receptionist is so rude and hung up on me and they did not send my medication to the pharmacy on time.

This is probably the worst doctors clinic you could visit. First the staff are so utterly rude it’s a disgrace. They tell u to call up for an appointment at 8 in the morning when u do they have no appointments and tell u u should’ve came in at 8pm to get a appointment! You should have just said that in the first place. The receptionist is totally rude and deserves to work in a pizza shop or restaurant washing the dishes not working as a receptionist dealing with patients !! I’d avoid this surgery at all costs.

Worst Surgery!!!Incompetent staff, no sympathy for the patients, I was booked in for a telephone consultation and did not receive a call.How am I supposed to see my GP as I havnt been years.This practice should be shut down!! There’s flaws in their process of getting getting a telephone consultation ( the one which I didn’t get)According to the receptionists only emergency appointment exitsThis should really be rated at a -1 star

Very poor surgery. It’s very difficult to get appointments and they are very disorganised. I informed them my address has been changed and it took four attempts to get this rectified. I ruptured some stitches and I was informed that I just needed to keep them clean on the phone. My mother ended up going into the surgery and creating a fuss and I got an appointment with a nurse at the other surgery- she took a swab and I didn’t get any results (up until this day). I ended up going into Solihull hospital and they were shocked that I wasn’t taken seriously. Consequently, I was monitored by Solihull hospital until I got the all clear.They are happy to provide appointments for circumcision, as the fee starts from £160. Nonetheless, we were sent a text to come in at 9.30am, but the appointment was actually 10am and again my address was queried, until another receptionist advised that there was a note on the system.

It’s nice experience with stoney lane surgery’s staff everyone is very cooperative and friendly.
