I am a volunteer driver and regularly take clients here for appointments. There is a signing in book for patients and non patients. There is no refreshments available at least not in the area I usually attend. The seating is adequate for a short while but if I read and wait for any longer the chairs are not that comfortable. The staff were attentive and overall it was acceptable across the board.

There was no receptionist on my arrival, but when she did arrive a few minutes later, she was apologetic polite and thorough. The medical staff I was there to see were as always efficient and very helpful and kept me well informed about what was happening.

Clean waiting room with comfortable seats, in a nice and light area. You need to sign in /register when you have an appointment there.

Very friendly receptionist and DRs/Consultants. Got seen very quickly and the Consultant gave me lots of information, answered all my questions and put me at ease. He made sure that I understood what he was telling me and we worked out a plan of action regarding my treatment.
