Jenna was faultless throughout the whole process of purchasing my new car. I was looked after in the store, had the opportunity to test drive, had an explanation on all aspects of the car. Also, all add ons were explained such as extended warranty, paint and fabric protection, roadside cover and other benefits. I was also take through the various funding options to purchase the car. I brought my 19 plate VW T Cross that I had seen online over the phone with Robb Ross , very helpful talking me through all the details , on the day we collected our new car Robb greeted us on the forecourt as we pulled up he then took us into the showroom offered us tea and coffee and then went through filling out all of the necessary paperwork before taking us out and showing us around our new car and explaining all the items in the car , we then took the car for a test drive and filled up with fuel we then drove back to the showroom where Robb then thanked us for using Listers and wished us a safe journey home ( he even suggested a lovely garden centre on the way home to stop for lunch ) in all this week felt well looked after by a very professional salesman and will definitely use Listers again , thank you once again RobbRegards Dave & Linda .
