Katie and her team have been cleaning and maintaining my holiday let for a couple of years now. On top of a thorough clean of the apartment, Katie meets new guests and helps them settle in as well as providing clean towels and linen for every stay.Every guest provides positive feedback afterwards, and I have always been delighted with the quality of service and the extra lengths Katie and her crew go to to make sure everyone is happy. I have 7 en-suite letting rooms which needed a deep clean, I contacted Katie of DustBunnies Cleaning to have a look at them and quote for me- she came up within an hour looked at the rooms & gave me a reasonable price (am always wary about cheep quotes) we agreed the quote & on a day and time for her to come up.She arrived with everything she needed & a couple of girls spot on time and started working straight away. Her and her girls worked non stop cleaning Everything, nothing was left un-polished.When they had finished she asked me to inspect every room to make sure it was good enough. They were SPOTLESS. I could not find anything that had been missed. A professional & perfect job well done by Katie and her team. Completely trustworthy, hard working, punctual, thorough cleaning throughout every time, last minute emergency cleans - nothing seems too much trouble for them. They are always willing to help and are all thoroughly cheery and nice people too. Over in Wales a couple of weeks ago and I must say that the apartment we stayed in was impeccable - one of the cleanest places I have stayed in and Katie was so amenable even picking us up at the train station and taking us to the property instead of just meeting us to give us the keys. When we got there she even came in with us to make sure we were happy with the apartment and from the minute we walked in we could see the hard work she puts in.IF YOU NEED A CLEANING SERVICE DUSTBUNNIES IS DEFINITELY THE ONE TO USE!!!!!

I can't speak more highly of Katie. Not only is she wonderful at her job but she is caring, thoughtful and dedicated to her customers.

You will not get better for the price, all the workers are amazing and friendly. No job too small.

I booked to have an initial appointment, the lady didn’t even show up or bother to call me. I texted and rang, no answer. I then received a call back where the lady very casually just said she didn’t have her diary on her and didn’t know my number. Seriously?! Talk about unprofessional. Don’t book an appointment if you can’t commit!She then went on about how busy she is blah blah blah .. aren’t we all love.I’ve had a jam packed day too but still I set out this time for this appointment and made sure I was home.Do NOT book clients if you can’t commit and show up on time, or atleast show up! Or maybe even call!Time wasters.I appreciate the fact that you have taken time out of your busy schedule to respond. Maybe the same effort should have been made to ensure you communicate well in future.As for saying that I treated you as you were beneath me is shocking, reading your comment I can see that you yourself have those insecurities, I do not require a robot and am very fair and flexible but like you I have a job too and I lost earnings waiting for you to come. No communication and yes you were on this occasion a no show. If you're worried about data protection invest in something better than a diary that may be stolen.Your reply bless you is well 2 things 1. Pretty lacking in professionalism especially as you want to be respected as a business woman and 2. You are absolutely welcome for the fair review that you were given.Instead of trying to justify yourself learn from it and move on.Your ability to fabricate our conversation over the phone is commendable.Happy cleaning Katie.
