Moss Bros Chichester

Generally most MB stores I've been to have had really helpful staff however the gentleman I believe to be the Manager in the Chichester store (ginger-haired chap) is genuinely the most apathetic and insolent staff member I've possibly ever encountered. I'm amazed he's still in the job. I've spent a LOT of money on wedding suits and all I wanted to do was exchange a couple of sizes, apparently it's too much of an inconvenience. If you need anything from MB, go to Southampton.

I wish I visited moss bros first after many other shops. Walked in asked for help, the lady who help me was nice and knowledgeable. I hadn't a clue what colours and she helped me a lot. After being measured and given a couple of options, I made a few purchases and walked out a happy customer. Thanks to the tailor in the shop.....

Terrible customer experience, i will never be stepping into their establishment again! I booked an appointment online (as requested when I visited previously), with a view to hire. When I attended the booking, the reception was cold and they obviously had no clue on what I had described within the booking. The male staff member made no effort to assist me and treated me as an inconvenience, with no intention to support me as a customer. My experience was short and extremely disappointing, in my opinion, they do not deserve your money.

Initially attempted to deny me my statutory right to cancel within the cooling off period for distance sales after a friend's wedding was cancelled due to COVID.Now calling to reinstate order and not answering the phone after >20 attempts over three hours.....I've given them two star rather than one star as when it became clear I knew my statutory rights previously they honoured them without them having to involve my credit card company citing the protections of the consumer credit act....UPDATE:Gets worse. I didn't get through after over 100 attempts...then emailed head office to complain and get them to sort the order out with very little time thanks to this....then they sent me the wrong size. Abysmal.

Booked an appointment for a group of five. No phone call received prior to appointment which the confirmation email states that I would receive. I phoned prior to my appointment to check if a particular suit was in store and all that I received were one word replies, no further help was offered. Attended appointment and the chap in the store advised we had come months too early and that we were best of coming in when a more varied delivery was expected, why wasn’t I told this prior to coming to the store? Customer service was so poor from him, made no effort to find a solution. The lady however was very keen to help, rushed in to take measurements and offered as much advice as she possibly could. If it wasn’t for her help we would’ve left fairly quickly after arriving.

Mike really looked after me. Moss Bros was the first shop I went into where someone took an interest and paid attention to what I needed.The service was excellent and professional, but also friendly. It was, hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a suit.I think it was the attention to detail that made it, but also just the fact that Mike and his colleagues clearly knew what they were doing.Forget going anywhere else. Believe the reputation. Moss Bros is top notch.Thank you very much.

A big thank you to the MB Chichester team! Managed to secure the rental suits for our wedding day with limited time. Very professional from start to finish even when there computer systems went down. Highly recommend using MB for any occasion. I will continue to purchase my suits from this store.
